Repair Plan & Implementation<\/h2>\r\n<h3>Replaced \/ Repaired Components & Implementation Details:<\/h3>\r\n<p>Replaced the high-pressure pump self-lock button, power switch, high-pressure ring, data cable, and the aged data cable between the high-pressure pump and CNC control cabinet.<\/p>\r\n<p>Replaced damaged electrical components, re-soldered data cables, tested signal transmission stability, and fully replaced aged cables to ensure interference-free operation.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Tools & Spare Parts:<\/h3>\r\n<p>Used customer-provided spare parts (such as cables and screws) and personal toolkits (such as multimeters and torque wrenches).<\/p>\r\n<h3>Repair Duration:<\/h3>\r\n<p>The entire project was planned for 2 days but was completed 1 day ahead of schedule due to efficient spare parts coordination.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>IV. Maintenance Effect Verification<\/h2>\r\n<h3>Full Machine Testing:<\/h3>\r\n<p>Continuous operation for 3 hours with cutting pressure stability (error within \u00b11MPa).
