Sintomas de avaria e processo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas<\/h2><h3>Sintomas de avaria:<\/h3><p>O cliente comunicou uma press\u00e3o de trabalho anormal na bomba de alta press\u00e3o, que afectou o funcionamento normal da m\u00e1quina de corte por jato de \u00e1gua.<\/p><h3>Processo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas:<\/h3><p>\u00c0 chegada ao local, o pessoal de servi\u00e7o efectuou uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o minuciosa da bomba de alta press\u00e3o. Durante o exame passo a passo de cada componente da bomba, verificou-se que v\u00e1rias pe\u00e7as estavam danificadas ou desgastadas em diferentes graus. Nomeadamente, as hastes do pist\u00e3o e os tirantes apresentavam danos significativos, enquanto a \u00e1rea de instala\u00e7\u00e3o do anel de alta press\u00e3o no cilindro de alta press\u00e3o estava muito desgastada. O interior do cilindro de \u00f3leo tamb\u00e9m apresentava pequenos arranh\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, todos os conectores e instrumentos relacionados foram inspeccionados e foi confirmada uma lista detalhada de pe\u00e7as que necessitam de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h2>III. Plano de repara\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tocut.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u7ef4\u4fee\u7167\u7247-6.jpg\"><p><strong>Plano de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as:<\/strong><br\/>1. <strong>Hastes do pist\u00e3o (2 pe\u00e7as):<\/strong> Substitu\u00eddos por novos para garantir uma transmiss\u00e3o de pot\u00eancia eficaz.<br\/>2. <strong>Barras de liga\u00e7\u00e3o (4 pe\u00e7as):<\/strong> Instala\u00e7\u00e3o de novos tirantes para assegurar liga\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1veis entre os componentes da bomba.<br\/>3. <strong>Porcas de tirantes (8 pe\u00e7as):<\/strong> Substitu\u00eddo para garantir a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos tirantes.<br\/>4. <strong>Buchas de guia da haste do pist\u00e3o (2 pe\u00e7as):<\/strong> Foram utilizados novos casquilhos de guia para garantir um movimento suave e est\u00e1vel da haste do pist\u00e3o.<br\/>5. <strong>Man\u00f3metro de press\u00e3o do \u00f3leo (1 unidade):<\/strong> Substitu\u00eddo para permitir um controlo preciso da press\u00e3o do \u00f3leo na bomba.<br\/>6. <strong>Parafusos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o da tampa da extremidade (4 pe\u00e7as):<\/strong> Substitu\u00edda para garantir que a tampa da extremidade est\u00e1 bem fixada.<br\/>7. <strong>Almofadas de an\u00e9is-guia (2 pe\u00e7as):<\/strong> Substitu\u00eddo para melhorar o desempenho da veda\u00e7\u00e3o.\r\n    <\/p><p>O t\u00e9cnico utilizou pe\u00e7as sobresselentes fornecidas pelo cliente no local e complementou-as com um conjunto de ferramentas pessoais. A repara\u00e7\u00e3o foi conclu\u00edda no mesmo dia.<\/p><h2>IV.
