Sintomas de avaria e processo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas<\/h2>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tocut.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe-scaled.png\" alt=\"Engenheiro a inspecionar a cablagem do arm\u00e1rio de controlo CNC\">\n<h3>Sintomas de avaria:<\/h3>\n<p>Condutor do eixo Y2 danificado; a cablagem da plataforma teve de ser afinada de novo.<\/p>\n<h3>Processo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas:<\/h3>\n<p>Inspeccionou a cablagem do arm\u00e1rio de controlo CNC e confirmou que o controlador do eixo Y2 estava avariado. Ap\u00f3s a desmontagem, verificou-se que os componentes internos estavam queimados.<\/p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tocut.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe2-scaled.png\">\n<p>Testadas as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de movimento da plataforma, verificou-se que as v\u00e1lvulas funcionavam normalmente, mas os contactos da cablagem estavam soltos. Repetiu a cablagem e refor\u00e7ou as liga\u00e7\u00f5es para garantir um contacto adequado.<\/p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tocut.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe3-scaled.png\">\n\n<h2>III. Plano de repara\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Componentes substitu\u00eddos \/ reparados e pormenores de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h3>\n<p>Substituiu o controlador do eixo Y2, a cablagem da plataforma e as liga\u00e7\u00f5es da v\u00e1lvula. Depois de substituir o controlador, recalibrou o movimento da plataforma e refor\u00e7ou os terminais de cablagem para evitar que se soltassem.<\/p>\n<h3>Ferramentas e pe\u00e7as sobressalentes:<\/h3>\n<p>Utilizou pe\u00e7as sobresselentes fornecidas pelo cliente (como alguns cabos e parafusos) e kits de ferramentas pessoais (como mult\u00edmetros e chaves dinamom\u00e9tricas). Os principais componentes (como o condutor) foram fornecidos pelo cliente.<\/p>\n<h3>Dura\u00e7\u00e3o da repara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h3>\n<p>Todo o projeto foi planeado para 2 dias, mas foi conclu\u00eddo 1 dia antes do previsto devido \u00e0 localiza\u00e7\u00e3o precisa da avaria.<\/p>\n\n<h2>IV. Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos efeitos da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Ensaio de m\u00e1quina completo:<\/h3>\n<p>Funcionamento cont\u00ednuo durante 3 horas com estabilidade da press\u00e3o de corte (erro de \u00b11MPa). O movimento da plataforma foi suave, sem qualquer ader\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<h3>Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente:<\/h3>\n<p>Teste de corte no local de uma amostra de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel de 6 mm; as arestas de corte eram lisas e sem ondula\u00e7\u00f5es, cumprindo os requisitos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. O cliente assinou o formul\u00e1rio de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<h2>V. Reac\u00e7\u00f5es dos clientes<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Coment\u00e1rio do cliente:<\/strong> \u201cObrigado \u00e0 equipa de engenharia pela sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente! Especialmente a afina\u00e7\u00e3o precisa do equipamento, que cumpre na perfei\u00e7\u00e3o os nossos requisitos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.
