Das Unternehmen ist auf den Pr\u00e4zisionszuschnitt von Marmor und Granit f\u00fcr Arbeitsplatten und Architekturfassaden spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen setzt fortschrittliche 5-Achsen-Wasserstrahlsysteme ein, um komplexe kundenspezifische Formen zu bearbeiten, wie z. B. Ausschnitte f\u00fcr K\u00fcchenarbeitsplatten. Aufgrund einer k\u00fcrzlich erfolgten Werkserweiterung musste der Kunde eine seiner Wasserstrahlmaschinen in eine 30 Kilometer entfernte neue Anlage verlagern und dabei sicherstellen, dass die Schneidleistung und die Pr\u00e4zision des Systems vollst\u00e4ndig erhalten bleiben.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Projekt-Herausforderungen<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>Systemkomplexit\u00e4t<\/h3>\r\n<p>Die f\u00fcnfachsige Wasserstrahlschneidmaschine ist mit einer 6500-bar-Hochdruckpumpe und einem Laserh\u00f6henerkennungsmodul ausgestattet. Nach der Demontage musste die Maschine mit einer Genauigkeit von \u00b10,1 mm wiederhergestellt werden, was eine hohe Pr\u00e4zision der mechanischen, hydraulischen und Steuersysteme erforderte.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Kontinuit\u00e4t der Produktion<\/h3>\r\n<p>Der Kunde verlangte, dass die Verlagerung innerhalb von 10 Tagen abgeschlossen und die Produktion wieder aufgenommen wurde, um Vertragsstrafen f\u00fcr anstehende Sintersteinauftr\u00e4ge zu vermeiden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Unsere L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>1. Pr\u00e4zisions-Demontage &amp; Datensicherung<\/h3>\r\n<p>Die hochpr\u00e4zisen Komponenten wurden sorgf\u00e4ltig demontiert, und vom CNC-Steuerungssystem wurden vollst\u00e4ndige Parametersicherungen erstellt, um die f\u00fcr den Wiederzusammenbau und die Kalibrierung erforderliche Zeit zu minimieren. Die internen Rohrleitungen der Maschine wurden nach der Entleerung mit Luft gesp\u00fclt, um Feuchtigkeit und R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde zu entfernen. Au\u00dferdem reinigten wir kritische Teile gr\u00fcndlich, um eine Staubverschmutzung bei der Wiedermontage zu vermeiden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>2. Wiederzusammenbau &amp; Wiederherstellung der Genauigkeit<\/h3>\r\n<p>In der neuen Anlage wurde der Boden mit einer Toleranz von \u22640,02 mm\/m vornivelliert, um eine optimale Ausrichtung der Basis zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Nach der Installation wurde ein 8-st\u00fcndiger Leerlauftest durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Achsenstabilit\u00e4t und Bewegungsgenauigkeit zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der endg\u00fcltigen Leistung wurde ein 45\u00b0-Winkel-Testschnitt auf Sinterstein durchgef\u00fchrt. Das interne QS-Team des Kunden best\u00e4tigte, dass die Schnitttoleranzen mit einer Genauigkeit von \u00b10,1 mm vollst\u00e4ndig wiederhergestellt worden waren.<\/p>\r\n<img src =\"https:\/\/tocut.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/\u5fae\u4fe1\u56fe\u7247_20250628130737.jpg\">\r\n<h2>Ergebnis des Projekts<\/h2>\r\n<p>Der Umzug wurde zwei Tage vor dem geplanten Termin abgeschlossen, so dass es zu keinerlei Produktionsausf\u00e4llen kam und alle Sintersteinauftr\u00e4ge p\u00fcnktlich ausgeliefert werden konnten. Die Maschine, die nun frisch zusammengebaut und neu kalibriert ist, wurde vom Kunden f\u00fcr ihre Leistung gelobt.
